Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. For orders with expedited or express shipping options, your order will be shipped the same day if placed by 12:00 PM (local time) or the following business day.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update after shipment. If you do not see any updates on your tracking information within 48 hours after the carrier has picked up your package, please reach out to our customer support team at info@ganyeesleather.com.

Delivery
Estimated delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and are provided as an estimate only. While most orders are delivered within the expected time frame, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier issues may occasionally occur.

International Orders
For international shipments, additional import duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping cost, and customers are responsible for covering these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these costs. After your package is handed to the carrier, please allow additional time for tracking updates, as international packages may take longer to scan.
