Q. Tracking scan not updating?
A. If your tracking number isn’t showing an updated scan, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for the carrier to refresh the tracking information. International orders may take longer to update. If there’s still no update, please reach out to customer service at info@ganyeesleather.com for assistance.
Q. I just received my order and would like to exchange an item.
A. You can request a return by reaching out to us at info@ganyeesleather.com, and our team will assist you with the exchange process.
Q. Will My Order Ship Over a Weekend or on a Holiday?
A. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST). Orders are not shipped over the weekend or on observed holidays (such as Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day).
Q. Can I Add a Personal Note or Message to My Package if It's a Gift?
A. Unfortunately, we’re unable to include personal messages or notes in packages, even for gifts. If you’d like to add a personal touch, we recommend having the order shipped to your address first so you can add a message or card before giving it to the recipient.
Q. Can You Monogram or Emboss Your Leather Goods?
A. Thank you for your interest in personalization! At this time, we do not offer custom monogramming or engraving on our products. However, many towns have local leather shops or engravers that provide these services, so a quick search in your area could connect you with someone who can help customize your item.
Q. International Shipping Policy?
A. We offer international shipping to USA ,JAPAN,UAE via FedEx. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied upon delivery.
